No surprises in Lewiston primary

Unofficial primary election results from Lewiston:

•In the town supervisor race, Steve Broderick topped Mark Briglio by a 485-186 count to take the Republican Party line. Broderick also won the uncontested Conservative Party line.

Broderick is the endorsed Republication.

•Incumbent Highway Supervisor Doug Janese bested Jeffrey Rose 426-224 to claim the GOP line. He also took the uncontested Conservative Party line. David Trane won the uncontested Working Families line. He is the endorsed Democrat.

•In the Town Council races, William Geiben and Robert Conrad won the two uncontested Conservative Party lines. They are the endorsed Republicans.

•Briglio has the Democratic and Lewiston's Choice party lines for supervisor - as well as the party's endorsement - while Francine DelMonte and Robert Morreale will run for the two available Town Council positions.
