The Lewiston Community Lions Club presents Past District Gov. Tom Reinagel as its featured dinner meeting speaker Tuesday, Feb. 3, at The Brickyard Pub & B.B.Q, 432 Center St., Lewiston. The event runs from 6-7:30 p.m.

Reinagel will speak on behalf of the Dr. Ann Stadelmaier Hearing Aid Fund, which was created in honor of District 20-N hearing chair and Kenmore Lion Stadelmaier after her untimely death. It exists to further assist hearing-impaired individuals in the district.

The Dr. Ann Stadelmaier Hearing Aid Fund, with the assistance of more than 30 local Lions clubs, has helped hundreds of individuals in financial need achieve better hearing through the gift of a hearing aid. Since the fund's inception in 2007, with the support of 40 District 20-N clubs, 205 people in financial need have been provided a hearing aid. That includes two hearing aids previously provided by the Lewiston Community Lions to Lewiston residents.

This will be a joint dinner meeting with the Town of Niagara Lions Club.

Also Tuesday, Robert Herman will be inducted.

All are encouraged and welcome to attend and learn more about obtaining hearing aid assistance.

The meeting is free, but dinner is not included. Menu options are available on an individual basis.
