Niagara County Community College understands cost is one of the most important factors in a student's college plans. Through the NCCC Foundation Inc. and many local organizations, a wide variety of scholarships are available to incoming and current students for the fall semester.
Applications are due Friday, March 1.
High school seniors are eligible for a two-year full tuition Distinguished Student Scholarship. Applicants must be graduating from high school in June with a Regents diploma, be a Niagara County resident, plan to attend NCCC full-time, have community service involvement, and remain in the county or plan to return upon graduation.
Additional scholarships are available for part- and full-time students, whether they are incoming or currently enrolled in classes. The funds for these scholarships are secured from a variety of sources, including donations from businesses/organizations, faculty, employees, individuals, foundations, memorial gifts, grants and revenue from the annual scholarship gala in October.
