Dash's Markets to offer special shopping hours for seniors & expectant mothers

Starting Friday, March 20, Dash’s Markets will offer special shopping hours for seniors and expectant mothers. Dash’s will provide these exclusive hours on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 6-7 a.m.

Joe Dash and Mark Mahoney of Dash’s Market said they recognize the need to carve out special shopping hours for those needing space to shop.

“Being an important part of the local neighborhoods we service, we felt it was important for us to support our seniors and expectant mothers,” relayed CEO Dash.

Dash’s Market is a family-owned and operated supermarket chain located in New York state with four locations throughout the Buffalo area.

Joseph and Mary Dash began the business in 1923. Joe Dash, the current owner and operator of Dash’s Markets, is a third-generation grocer. The first Dash’s store was opened by his father, Frank, in 1955.

Dash’s Market locations are 1770 Hertel Ave. (North Buffalo), 1210 Colvin Blvd. (Kenmore/Tonawanda), 499 W. Klein Ave. (East Amherst/Williamsville) and 8845 Main St. (Clarence/Lancaster). All stores are currently open 7 am until 8 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and weekends 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. until further notice.
