Both walk-in facilities will now be open 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. seven days a week

WellNow Urgent Care has extended the hours of operation for its Niagara Falls and Cheektowaga facilities. Both locations are now open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. seven days a week. Patients can walk-in for care or check in online to help reduce their wait time.

“WellNow Urgent Care recognizes that injuries and illnesses – especially during the peak of cold and flu season – needing timely medical attention can arise at a moment’s notice and are not limited to certain pockets of time,” said WellNow Urgent Care President John Radford, M.D. “We’re thrilled to offer Western New York patients additional hours at two facilities to help better their access to high quality, affordable urgent medical care services.”

Previously, WellNow’s Niagara Falls facility was open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. seven days a week. The Cheektowaga facility was open from 8 a.m. to midnight seven days a week. Additional Western New York locations will continue to accept patients from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

All WellNow locations provide timely treatment for non-life-threatening injuries and illnesses, such as sprains, strains, colds and the flu, while also providing on-site X-rays, lab testing and physicals. Patients are treated on a walk-in basis, but may also check-in online or view up-to-date facility wait times directly on the company’s homepage. WellNow accepts most insurance, including Medicare, Medicaid, Fidelis and Veterans Affairs TriWest. Employers across Western New York are also invited to contact WellNow to discuss its wide range of occupational medicine programs. A full list of services and hours can be found online.

WellNow Urgent Care operates more than 40 locations across New York and Illinois. The company projects to open 20 new facilities in 2020 – with locations planned for Williamsville and the City of Buffalo. A full list of facilities can be found online.
