Niagara University to welcome Disney Institute back to Niagara Falls

Niagara University will host the Disney Institute and bring elements of the professional development course, Disney's Approach to Business Excellence, to Niagara Falls on Thursday, March 12. The event will be held at The Conference & Event Center Niagara Falls.

The one-day event will help area professionals explore how they could begin to identify the personal and organizational values that drive them as a leader to carry out their organization’s vision and their role in operationalizing culture-building and team support.

There are five lessons in business developed by the Disney organization in its never-ending pursuit of excellence. These pillars include leadership, culture, service, brand and innovation.

A press release stated, “Creating a culture of excellence requires the selection and training of the right employees, and sustaining a desired culture relies on high-quality communication and genuine care of your people.
