The Niagara Falls Medical Pregnancy Center, Summit Life Outreach Center, will hold its annual fundraiser at 6 p.m. Friday, Oct. 4. This is the largest and highest-profile event of the year for the nonprofit center, which has been a resource for the Niagara Falls community for over 14 years.

Summit Life Outreach Center offers free services such as ultrasounds, pregnancy tests, confidential support, community referrals, and the successful “Earn While You Learn” program, which equips mothers and fathers with the skills they need to be well-informed parents. The program provides participants the opportunity to earn credits to get a new crib, diapers, and new or gently used baby items. New moms also receive a free basket filled with items needed for their baby.

The fundraising dinner will be held at Double Tree by Hilton Hotel, 401 Buffalo Ave., Niagara Falls. Tickets are $50, and include dinner and a basket raffle.

The event will feature Jill Stanek, national campaign chair; Susan B. Anthony List. Stanek will share her story on what she saw that made her become a national leader for life. Guests can meet some of the center’s clients and their babies.

For purchase tickets or for more information, contact Anne DesPres at 716-297-6687 or call center directly at 716-298-8600.

Donations are also gratefully accepted online at www.summitlifecenter.com with PayPal/credit card or by mailing check or money order directly to Summit Life Outreach Center Inc., 1622 Pine Ave., Niagara Falls, NY 14301.

Summit Life Outreach relies solely on donations from individuals and businesses to keep the center running. All donations stay within the community and are used to support the work of the pregnancy center. All gifts are tax-deductible.
