Students in Caitlin Kucharski’s culinary arts program at the Niagara Career and Technical Education Center recently had an informative class trip.
Kucharski’s class toured the Sheraton Hotel and Rainforest Café and the Seneca Niagara Casino. The students spent the day with a variety of professionals in their field of study.
“They got to ask questions and gain an understanding of the ins and outs of various jobs at the restaurants,” explained Kucharski. “They also got to see a variety of other job opportunities in our field that they didn’t realize were there for them. They really had a great time.”
