FeedMore WNY is holding a spring flower sale in partnership with Lavocat’s Greenhouse and Nursery. The fundraiser will accept orders until Friday, April 26. A portion of the proceeds will benefit FeedMore WNY’s Meals on Wheels Program, which provides nutritious food and friendship to homebound seniors and disabled individuals.

Community members can place orders for flats, hanging baskets, herbs and more.

“This is a great way for community members to support our programs – and the timing is perfect for Mother’s Day and spring planting,” said Lisa Woodring, FeedMore WNY chief development officer. “This fundraiser will provide a beautiful variety of flowers and plants to the community while supporting FeedMore WNY’s critical Meals on Wheels services.”

Orders can be placed online at https://mealsonwheelswny.org/shop/. Fillable order forms are available for download for those who prefer to place their order offline. For additional information or to request an order form by phone, contact Cassandra Barrett at 716-935-6682.

The orders will be available for pickup at three locations:

•FeedMore WNY, 100 James E. Casey Drive, Buffalo, from noon-6 p.m. Friday, May 10.

•St. John’s Lutheran Church, 4536 S. Buffalo St., Orchard Park, from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, May 11.
