Lewiston Choraleers present Easter program at four area churches

The Lewiston Choraleers will present an Easter program at four area churches April 6, 7, 13 and 14. The program will feature a cantata titled "Covenant of Grace" by Joseph Martin. The group said the performance “celebrates God's faithfulness and everlasting promises to his people, and serves as a testimony to God's plan of redemption for all humanity.”

The dates, times and sites of the program presentations are as follows:

• Saturday, April 6, 1 p.m., St. Peter's R.C. Church, 620 Center St., Lewiston
• Sunday, April 7, 2 p.m., Holy Family of Jesus, Mary & Joseph Parish, Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church site, 27th Street and Independence Avenue, Niagara Falls
• Saturday, April 13, 2 p.m., St. John de LaSalle R.C. Church, 8477 Buffalo Ave., Niagara Falls
• Sunday, April 14, 2 p.m., Messiah Lutheran Church, 915 Oneida St., Lewiston

The 50-member Lewiston Choraleers will be led by founder and musical director Donald Shrimpton. Performances are open to the public, with a general admission fee of $5 (children 12 and under admitted free).
