Learn about different types of Christmas ornaments and trimmings, and make a unique decoration with the family to add to holiday collections, as part of the History Center's December Family Night. The event will take place at the Niagara History Center, 215 Niagara St. Lockport, on Tuesday, Dec. 18. The event's guide is local event planner and owner of Small Indulgences, Lesley Mucha.
The program is from 6:00- 7:00 PM.
Admission to Family Night is free. An optional pizza supper takes place at 5:30 p.m. for a nominal donation. The program follows at 6 p.m.
Family Nights are open to all, regardless of residency. They are a series of free-admission monthly programs and activities specifically designed for families with children ages 5 and up, but adults are welcome, too. Each night has a theme based upon history that happened in Niagara County, expressed through activities all ages can share and enjoy.
Reservations are required. Call the History Center at 716-434-7433.
