The Dale Association invites families to participate in its first "Generational Walk," to be held Saturday, Sept. 29. Walk in honor of the generations proudly served by The Dale Association.
All ages and abilities are welcome. This is a community event featuring three different courses to choose from: easy and accessible, moderate or hilly. Walking is free. All three courses start and end at the Lockport Senior Centre, 33 Ontario St. The first 150 walkers will receive a free swag-bag.
Donations are appreciated. Walkers who contribute $25 or more earn a commemorative T-shirt.
Registration begins at 9:30 am, with a gentle warm up by Ultimate Physique, and the walk starting at 10:30 am. Following the walk, join in our parking lot (inside the Senior Centre if raining) for an after-walk party, featuring music, kids activities, photo-booth fun, basket raffle, awards, prizes and Stooges stuffed burgers.
