Tonawanda Aglow hosting public speaker at Wheatfield Community Center

Thu, Aug 30th 2018 01:30 pm
From 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Sept. 8, Tonawanda Aglow International will host Mary Genovese at the Wheatfield Community Center, 2790 Church Road. The event will include a catered breakfast by Scirati's for $10. Genovese, author of the new book "100 Reasons," has been inspiring the body of Christ for many years. She has created inspirational Christian resources such as "Stuck on Scripture" - stickable scripture packs, sold in local bookstores - reminding all to meditate on the word of God daily.
Having had a "Damascus Road Experience" Mary has spent the last 28 years sitting at the master's feet learning and experiencing her father's love.
Her heart is to remind everyone of the abundant life we've been given through Christ Jesus, and that the greatest weapon against the lies of a very real enemy are the promises of God.  She will encourage you to be bold and to step out into your calling.
Attendees must RSVP by Sept. 4. Call Marlene Farrell at 838-1808 or Beverly Young at 216-4020 to make reservations, or checks can be made to Tonawanda NY Lighthouse. Those who pay at the door must call and make a reservation.
