Memorial celebrates staff, summer with food truck picnic

Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center thanked its employees and volunteers for their dedication to the patients and community they serve with an employee appreciation day picnic at two locations: Schoellkopf Park on Memorial's downtown campus and the Summit Healthplex in Wheatfield. The event featured culinary delights from more than a half-dozen of the area's most popular food trucks, along with games, activities and scores of prizes for the medical center's 1,200 employees and hundreds of volunteers.
