On Oct. 3, at 6:16 p.m., the Niagara County Sheriff's Office communication center received multiple commercial burglary alarms from the Niagara International Sports Complex, formerly the Summit Park Mall. The alarms included several video alarms, which showed an individual in the building walking around.
