Niagara Falls Police Department investigating Pine Avenue homicide

At 5:45 p.m. Tuesday, July 12, the Niagara Falls Police Department responded to the 900 block of Pine Avenue for a report of a person down. Upon arrival, officers located a 22-year-old man from Buffalo on the street and suffering from a gunshot wound. Officers initiated aid until Niagara Falls Fire Department and AMR arrived, at which time the victim was pronounced deceased.
