Wheatfield: Board approves rezoning of property on NF Boulevard

Although the Wheatfield Town Board has not made a decision on whether it will zone the area along Niagara Falls Boulevard as commercial, council members did approve the rezoning of a business's property that was split by residential and commercially zoned land.

IDA public hearing set for sports domes tax breaks at former Summit Mall

The Niagara County Industrial Development Agency will hold a public hearing at 3 p.m. Thursday, March 30, on whether it should provide tax breaks to Summit Outlet LP for its proposed sports domes project at The Summit Mall property. The hearing will take place at the IDA office at 6311 Inducon Corporate Drive in Wheatfield.
