The reopening plan provides for in-person instruction, remote learning, and a hybrid of the two approaches as required by NYSED. At issue here is concern over a site plan application submitted by Niagara Properties - EnSol Inc. - of Niagara Falls. The company has been working with the town's Planning Board and Environmental Commission over past months and wishes to create a soil recycling center and composting facility on some 10 acres of land it owns on the north side of the 1100 block of Pletcher Road.
