Several thousand weathered the storm Aug. 4 as the "Wheels of Soul" tour rolled into Artpark for a "Tuesday in the Park" performance. They were rewarded with more than three hours of foot-stomping, hand-clapping, head-throwing soul and rock anthems courtesy of Sharon Jones and the Dap-Kings, Doyle Bramhall II and headline act Tedeschi Trucks Band.
