U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy Jr. announced Monday that Glen Stacharczyck, 53, of Buffalo, pleaded guilty to RICO conspiracy, before U.S. District Judge Elizabeth A. Wolford. The charge carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

Pay-one-price wristband bracelets will be available every day the rides are open: Monday, July 16 - Sunday, July 22. Bracelets are $25 each on the midway.
