ABC announces unscripted series premiere dates for 2020-21 season

Ending the 2019-20 season as the No. 1 entertainment network among adults 18-49 and ranking as the summer's No. 1 network for the second consecutive year, ABC unveiled its fall unscripted premiere dates. Details for the network's scripted series premiere dates will be shared at a later time.

FOX has fast-tracked the all-new music guessing game unscripted series "I Can See Your Voice," hosted and executive-produced by comedian, actor and "The Masked Singer" panelist Ken Jeong. For a night of event television, the series will debut Wednesday, Sept. 23 (9 p.m. ET), following the season four premiere of television's No. 1 show, "The Masked Singer" (8 p.m.), on FOX.
ABC, Television Academy create virtual media center for 72nd Emmy Awards

ABC and the Television Academy have partnered to create a virtual media center for the 72nd Emmy Awards. In lieu of the traditional press rooms that have occurred on-site during previous years, credentialed press will be provided the opportunity to connect directly with Emmy winners in a real-time, virtual environment. This will ensure talent may participate from wherever they are in the world.

The advertisement features archival photos of the use of masks during the 1918 outbreak, which was crucial to preventing the spread of the deadly virus, to inspire Americans to wear masks today.
