Disney orders 'Star Wars Resistance,' a high-flying anime-inspired series

Production has begun on "Star Wars Resistance," an exciting new animated adventure series about Kazuda Xiono, a young pilot recruited by the Resistance and tasked with a top-secret mission to spy on the growing threat of the First Order. It will premiere this fall on Disney Channel in the U.S. and, thereafter, on Disney XD and around the world.

Iconic rock band Fleetwood Mac is returning to the road. The Grammy-winning band will embark upon a North American tour this fall. The trek will take Fleetwood Mac to Buffalo for an 8 p.m. show Tuesday, March 26, 2019. The newly announced lineup of Mick Fleetwood, John McVie, Stevie Nicks and Christine McVie with newcomers Mike Campbell and Neil Finn will take the stage at KeyBank Center.
Shania Twain hosts 36th annual Canadian Country Music Awards

With a long list of sold-out tour dates confirmed for this summer, and the recent release of her first album in almost a decade, Shania Twain continues to be one of Canada's most celebrated performers. On Tuesday, the Canadian Country Music Association and CBC announced the five-time Grammy and 24-time CCMA Award winner has been confirmed to host the 2018 CCMA Awards at FirstOntario Centre in Hamilton on Sunday, Sept. 9. The awards will be broadcast live nationwide at 8 p.m. ET on CBC and cbcbmusic.ca/ccmas.
