Carrie Underwood will return to "American Idol" as a superstar guest mentor on Sunday, May 13 (airing live on ABC 8 p.m. Eastern). Her appearance was announced during "Idol's" live show on Sunday, along with a worldwide exclusive look at her new music video for the lead single and title track from her forthcoming album, "Cry Pretty."

NBC Sports' coverage of the first round of the 2018 Stanley Cup Playoffs across the networks of NBCUniversal averaged a total audience delivery (TAD) of 769,000 viewers, its best first round viewership in six years. Wednesday night's Game 7 between the Toronto Maple Leafs and Boston Bruins averaged a TAD of 1.484 million viewers, making it the best first round game ever on NBCSN.

Iconic rock band Fleetwood Mac is returning to the road. The Grammy-winning band will embark upon a North American tour this fall. The trek will take Fleetwood Mac to Buffalo for an 8 p.m. show Tuesday, March 26, 2019. The newly announced lineup of Mick Fleetwood, John McVie, Stevie Nicks and Christine McVie with newcomers Mike Campbell and Neil Finn will take the stage at KeyBank Center.

With a long list of sold-out tour dates confirmed for this summer, and the recent release of her first album in almost a decade, Shania Twain continues to be one of Canada's most celebrated performers. On Tuesday, the Canadian Country Music Association and CBC announced the five-time Grammy and 24-time CCMA Award winner has been confirmed to host the 2018 CCMA Awards at FirstOntario Centre in Hamilton on Sunday, Sept. 9. The inspirational song "Shine," written by two student survivors of the tragic mass shooting at Parkland Florida's Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, was released today and features members of the school drama department. The powerful song has emerged as an anthem of the student-led movement to end gun violence, written by students Sawyer Garrity, 16, and Andrea Peña, 15, just days after the Feb. 14 tragedy that claimed 17 lives and wounded many others.
