Grand Island's own Marc Scibilia recorded a cover of the hit song "Rather Be" (originally by Clean Bandit). The song was featured in the movie "Peter Rabbit," which debuted in theaters last weekend.

For the upcoming 2018-19 season, The CW Network will expand its primetime schedule to include Sunday night, growing its lineup of original, first-run programming from five nights to six nights, it was announced by Mark Pedowitz, president, The CW. When the new season launches in October, The CW will offer 12 hours of primetime series each week, Sunday-Friday (8-10 p.m. ET/PT).

Half of U.S. television homes and more than one-third of the country's population have watched the PyeongChang Olympics on the television networks of NBCUniversal, according to fast cume data provided by Nielsen. Through Sunday, 109.6 million viewers (in 59 million homes) have watched the Winter Games on NBCUniversal networks NBC, NBCSN, CNBC and USA (does not include digital).
