Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn announced 33-year-old David J. Whitman, formerly of Niagara Falls, was sentenced this morning before Erie County Court Judge James Bargnesi to a three-year conditional discharge and ordered to pay a $5,000 fine.

Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn announced 33-year-old Deyanna J. Davis of Buffalo pleaded guilty this afternoon before Erie County Court Judge Kenneth Case to one count of assault in the second degree (class "D" felony). The defendant pleaded guilty to the charge on the day jury selection was scheduled to begin in her trial.

The Buffalo History Museum has begun collecting photos, videos, objects and audio testimonials from the "Blizzard of 2022." All media and artifacts collected from the community will be preserved in the museum's archives at One Museum Court. This new collection will be available for research and reference, and may be used for future projects, exhibits and programs at the museum.
