Adult admission tickets are $17 when purchased online (no additional fees) or $20 at the gate (credit/debit card only). Kids ages 12 and under receive free admission. Gov. Kathy Hochul on Friday announced the opening of the 2023 navigation season for the 524-mile New York State Canal system, kicking off the 199th consecutive opening of the historic waterways.
