Lloyd was honored Monday as part of the Niagara SPCA's second annual "Celebration of Life" Illuminated Memorial Ceremony, held at Otto Redanz Funeral Home.

On Tuesday, Empire State Development announced NOVAIR USA, a leading manufacturer of on-site gas production systems, plans to add 12 jobs and invest more than $1 million in its North Tonawanda plant. The investment will be used to expand operations and develop new products.
