The Create a Healthier Niagara Falls Collaborative (CHNFC) has teamed up with F BITES on "Soup for the Soul," a six-week program providing soup and a side across Niagara Falls to those in need of a hot meal. The program begins March 4 and continues every Thursday through April 8.

Tops Friendly Markets has raised $11,950 as a result of its gingerbread house campaign for Oishei Children's Hospital. The fundraiser, which kicked off Dec. 1, welcomed families to purchase a gingerbread house kit at locations throughout the region, with a portion of the proceeds being donated back to the hospital. The kits came complete with gingerbread to build a house, sweet candy decorations, and delicious icing.

New York Farm Bureau's 2020 market basket survey shows the price of a traditional Thanksgiving dinner saw a modest uptick from last year's meal. In conjunction with Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, Eastern Standard Provisions Co. has partnered with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital to release the "St. Jude Gift of Hope Box," which features a special selection of the Boston-based snack food brand's hand-twisted soft pretzels, artisanal salts, newly released sugars, and "Sprinkle Hope" collectible stickers. Eastern Standard Provisions will donate $10 from every sale to support the mission of St. Jude: "Finding cures. Saving children."
