"Iron Chef Gauntlet" is back for a second season this spring, with seven rising stars battling for the chance to gain the only culinary title that matters: "Iron Chef." The weak will fall and the strong will rise until just one chef remains and has the title in reach. But to join the "Iron Chef" pantheon, the last chef standing must win the gauntlet: three rapid-succession battles, each against "Iron Chefs" Alex Guarnaschelli, Stephanie Izard and Michael Symon - or leave the kitchen in defeat.

Blaze Fast Fire'd Pizza is giving fans in Amherst a reason to celebrate. There were five categories of gingerbread houses: amateur division, children's division, college division, high school division and professional division.

Thursday night, in front of a capacity crowd, Brandie Harrison took the 2017 BARocker title at the Hard Rock Cafe, Niagara Falls USA. Behind her signature drink, the "Purple Haze," Harrison bested five fellow bar staff members. She will advance to November's national BARocker finals in Washington, D.C.
