The Grand Island Memorial Library is planning to add a reading garden to the grassy area next to the building that faces the parking lot. The library will be called the Richard Earne Memorial Reading Garden, as a tribute to the late Richard Earne, who was a member of the Grand Island Rotary Club, as well as a member of the library board of trustees.
