HART partners with Stone Jug and Summer of '69 Band for fundraiser

Western New York's renowned Summer of '69 All-Star Band is once again partnering with the Home Assistance Referral Team on a fundraising performance. This year's event will take place from 7-10 p.m. Saturday, July 8, at the Stone Jug on Main Street in Youngstown. All money raised from the sale of 50/50 tickets and donations at the door will benefit HART.

Registration is now open for Castellani Art Museum of Niagara University's Kids 'n Arts Camp, a unique art and theater-fused five-week program entering its 19th year. Camp is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays, July 10 to Aug. 11. Participants ages 5-12 can attend one or more weeks of camp. Child care is available before and after camp hours.

Niagara Falls shooting victim dies

The female victim from the shooting that occurred on Monday, June 26, at 4:30 p.m. on 19th Street in Niagara Falls has died as a result of her injuries. The victim is identified as 18-year-old McKenzie Munt of the Tuscarora Indian Reservation.
