Two Door Cinema Club welcomed a most energetic and involved crowd to Artpark on Monday – entertaining those same fans with a robust setlist.

Two Door Cinema Club is a band from Bangor, Northern Ireland, formed in 2007 and comprised of three members: Alex Trimble, Sam Halliday and Kevin Baird. 2DCC’s debut album, “Tourist History,” released in 2010 and was selected for the Choice Music Prize for Irish Album of the Year the following year. The band's second album, “Beacon,” was released in 2012, debuted at No. 1 on the Irish Albums Chart and No. 2 on the U.K. Albums Chart. The band's third album, “Gameshow,” was released in 2016. A fourth album, “False Alarm,” released in 2019 and featured the singles "Satellite" and "Talk.”

Flipturn, stylized as flipturn, is an American indie rock band from Fernandina Beach, Florida, that formed in 2015. The band consists of founding members Dillon Basse (vocals), Tristan Duncan (guitar) and Madeline Jarman (bass), who started flipturn as high school seniors. Formerly, the band included Taylor Allen (keys and backup vocals) and Adrian Walker (drums). While in college at the University of Florida, they picked up guitarist and synthesizer player Mitch Fountain and drummer Devon VonBalson. The band gained traction in 2018 with their EP, “Citrona.” flipturn released their debut album, “Shadowglow,” in August 2022.
