WNY superstar Cami Clune to perform
Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino Press Release
Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino is gearing up to start the ensuing holiday season in spectacular fashion.
The resort will host its annual holiday tree lighting starting at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 5. Santa Claus and the Grinch will both be on the scene, along with plenty of special friends, including members of the world champion Buffalo Bandits. They will all be there to greet those in attendance, share in the holiday spirit, and help officials from Seneca Niagara and Seneca Gaming Corp. light the giant tree standing outside the resort’s Fourth Street entrance, high above Seneca Square. To cap off the special night, Western New York’s own Cami Clune will perform a few songs after the tree is illuminated.
“Starting the holiday season by lighting our tree, surrounded by friends, neighbors and family, has become one of our favorite traditions,” said Kevin Nephew, Seneca Gaming Corp. president and CEO. “We look forward to being together for another special celebration and sharing a memorable and happy holiday season.”
The public is invited to join in the fun and enjoy cookies and hot cocoa, courtesy of Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino. The event will begin at 5:30 p.m., with the tree lighting occurring at approximately 6 p.m. The tree lighting will also be streamed live on YouTube. The annual Seneca Niagara tree lighting is part of a special holiday double-header for Seneca Gaming Corp. Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino in Salamanca will hold its annual tree-lighting event the previous night, at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 4, with Santa, the Grinch and Clune again providing all the makings of a magical celebration.
