Documentary to be produced by All Services WNY, including red carpet and celebration for over 300 invited guests

On Friday, Sept. 22, Chef’s Restaurant will celebrate 100 years of food, friendship and community. To commemorate the milestone, All Services WNY, a multimedia and promotion entity owned by veteran broadcaster Bob Koshinski, is producing a documentary film to be screened at the North Park Theatre on the eve of the anniversary, Thursday, Sept. 21.

The feature will include the history of Chef’s, told by the Billittier family and featuring over 50 cameos from well-known customers, dignitaries, professional athletes and media members.

“We wanted to celebrate it the way it should be celebrated, capturing the history created by our parents, Ann and Lou Billittier, who built it up over the years, and continued by my sister Mary Beth and I,” co-owner Lou Billittier Jr. said. “There will be no admission charge but, if invited guests would like to donate to the Billittier Foundation, all donations will go to Joe White, the gentlemen saved by Sha’Kyra Aughtry during the December blizzard. The night of Sept. 21 will feel like a Hollywood premier, complete with red carper, paparazzi, champagne and a beautiful cake.”

“My father was all about giving back,” co-owner Mary Beth Billittier said. “Dad would have wanted to use the anniversary to benefit someone in the community, and we feel the story of Mr. White and Ms. Aughtry is so inspiring that we want them to be honored on our special night.”

There will be more announcements along the way concerning the anniversary, including a 100-day countdown starting in June with rewards for Chef’s many customers.
