Tops kicks off 'Rip It, Win it, Live It Up' 'Monopoly' game

Tops is kicking off the 14th season of “Monopoly” on Sunday, March 26, with the return of its popular “Rip It, Win It, Live it Up” “Monopoly” game.

There will be five chances to win the grand prize of the winner’s choice of either five years of free groceries or $20,000 of any gift cards one chooses, plus millions of other prizes and money-saving offers. And what’s more: One winner will be guaranteed to win a second-chance sweepstakes of a $10,000 dream vacation.

Tickets will be available at any Tops Friendly Markets location from March 26 through May 27 (or while tickets last). Other entries part of the $27 million prize polls include 100,000 gas points, gift cards, entertainment and money-saving coupons.

A press release stated, “Thanks to many key product vendor sponsors, these savings are above and beyond Tops’ everyday great values, and we’re excited to pass these offers along to customers.

“Tops ‘Monopoly’ ‘Rip It, Win It, Live it Up’ allows customers to play every time they check-out at a Tops Friendly Markets location using their Tops BonusPlus card. Each purchase transaction will receive one game ticket, and customers will also receive a game ticket for each participating vendor product purchased.
