Tyler Hubbard is releasing his self-titled debut solo album today. The 18-song album was produced by Hubbard and Jordan Schmidt, and Tyler wrote or co-wrote all of the tracks.

The complete album not only features his hit debut solo single “5 Foot 9,” which climbed to the top of the country radio charts, but also features his current single “Dancin’ In The Country.”

Hubbard, a Georgia native, wanted the album to be a vessel for telling his story and to represent his diverse musical influences.

“It means everything to get to have the opportunity to release a solo project, a debut album, to connect with the fans on a deeper, more personal level, to get to share my story,” he said. “And so, this is a very important project for me. It’s my heart. It’s my soul. It’s what I’ve poured myself into the last couple of years; so I’m super-excited for the fans to hear it and for them to get to know me on a deeper level.”

In anticipation of his debut solo album, this past summer Hubbard released a six-song project, “Dancin’ In The Country,” which debuted with over 10,000 SPS units (sales plus streaming), making it the second best-selling country EP debut of the year. It also debuted at No. 1 on the Heatseekers albums chart, No. 6 on the current country albums sales chart, and No. 107 on the Billboard Top 200 chart.

Hubbard will be making several appearances to promote his new album. Earlier today, he performed on SiriusXM’s “The Highway” in front of a live studio audience, hosted by “The Highway’s” Storme Warren. The special will replay on Channel 56 at noon and 8 p.m. ET Saturday, and at 3 and 9 a.m., and 4 p.m. Sunday. It will stream on the SXM app.

On Monday, Hubbard makes his solo late-night television debut on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” performing his current hit single “Dancin’ In The Country.”

On Tuesday, Hubbard makes an appearance on “Good Morning America,” also performing his current single, “Dancin’ In The Country.”
