Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls USA welcomes back the holiday season with a true in-person shopping experience featuring family-friendly activities, charity partner engagements and deals on the top brands.

“The holidays are special for so many reasons, and we really want to be a part of bringing that joy to our Western New York community,” said Susie Swiatkowski, marketing manager at the Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls USA. “Our mall features more than 120 outlet stores, many that are unique in our area, and is a short drive down the I-190 for great shopping at up to 75% off.”

While the shopping center has chosen to remain closed on Thanksgiving, doors will open early with extended closing on Black Friday, from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. There will be pop-up giveaways during the day, and afternoon DJ music to keep everyone in the holiday spirit. Retailers will offer special discounts on Black Friday and into the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.

This past month, Fashion Outlets welcomed two new retailers: Alpha Femme, a locally owned luxury women’s boutique run by Niagara Falls natives Michaela Crumpler and Brionna Harris; and Selfie Luxe, a unique photo spot where guests use props in 20 unique, colorful and fun environments.

Santa Claus returns to the Fashion Outlets for holiday photos beginning Dec. 1. Families can prebook their visit online to reduce the wait time. As an added incentive, guests who prebook will receive a personalized call from Santa, powered by Portable North Pole. All visits to Santa are free of charge, with photo packages available to purchase. Guests are encouraged to check Santa’s schedule at FashionOutletsNiagara.com/SantaPhotos.

Other holiday activities include:

√ “Doughnuts with Santa,” Saturday, Dec. 3, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., at the mall’s food court. With a suggested donation of $5 (benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital), guests will decorate doughnuts while meeting Santa in a casual atmosphere. Text HEART to 707070 and choose Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls as the donation location to make donations in advance, and show a receipt for entry that day.

√ “Santa Cares,” an inclusive, sensory-friendly visit with Santa specifically designed for families with special needs, will be held on Sunday, Dec. 4, from 10-11:30 a.m. Donations will be collected on behalf of Autism Speaks. Reservations are recommended by visiting fashionoutletsniagara.com/Events/SantaCares2022.

√ Pet lovers may also bring their furry friends to take photos with Santa on “Pet Nights” from 4-7 p.m. Dec. 5, 12 and 19.

√ In addition, the Fashion Outlets is partnering with the Salvation Army to host its Angel Tree, running now through Dec. 12. Guests can “adopt” a child by taking a tag off the tree in the mall’s center court area, and purchase what is on their wish list.

√ The mall is also partnering with Community Missions of the Niagara Frontier to host “Holiday Hope,” a collection of new or gently used coats and winter clothing, from Nov. 21 to Dec. 21.
