The Mental Health Association in Niagara County will host a cornhole fundraiser, “Cornhole for a Cause,” from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, July 31, at the Davison Road Inn, 383 Davison Road, Lockport. Proceeds from the sales will go toward programming and services for those living with a mental health diagnosis and their families in Niagara County.

Donation fee is $20 per person payable at the event. Players are guaranteed at least three games. The winning team’s members will receive a cash prize. There will also be a 50/50 drawing held at the event. Cornhole boards and bags will be provided.

Anyone interested can register by downloading the Scoreholio app, clicking “Find a Tournament,” then registering for “Cornhole for a Cause.” The last day to enter is Friday, July 29.

“Cornhole is such a fun activity. It brings families together, friends together, even co-workers. Anybody can play and, in our tournament, anybody can win,” agency Executive Director Daniel Colpoys said.

It is the mission of The Mental Health Association in Niagara County Inc. to promote mental wellness by sponsoring and implementing advocacy, education and community service programs.
