The Office of Mayor Robert Restaino announced the following:
Niagara Falls Police Department is looking for information on the whereabouts of Dolphus Cole, 73 years old, of 901 Cedar Ave., Apt. 406. Cole was last seen Friday and was reported to have gone to M&T Bank located at 750 Main St., Niagara Falls, sometime in the morning. He withdrew $60 before leaving in an unknown direction.
Cole was reported to be wearing a black and white jacket and possibly red and black flannel pajama pants and may be in the beginning stages of dementia. He may have only been in the Niagara Falls area for about the past six months and does not know many people. Cole is originally from South Carolina and may also have friends in Buffalo.
