North Tonawanda Mayor Arthur Pappas announced a delay of the city’s winter parking ban until Monday, Nov. 15. The parking ban in the city typically starts Nov. 1.
“Due to the recent weather we have been experiencing, and the forecast for the coming week, I will be delaying the winter parking ban,” Pappas said. “The on-street parking ban will commence at 12:01 a.m. on Nov. 15.”
The mayor asks residents to use their best judgment for parking off the street if inclement weather occurs during this time.
