Ransomville Speedway to host awards banquet Dec. 4

Ransomville Speedway will officially close the books on the 2021 season with the annual awards banquet on Saturday, Dec. 4. The event will take place at the Lewiston Fire Co. No. 2 hall, located at 1705 Saunders Settlement Road. Tickets will be $50 per person and will be available during the week by contacting the Ransomville Speedway office at 716-791-3602.

All awards and plaques will be going to Ransomville Speedway members. Drivers questioning their membership status are encouraged to contact the Ransomville Speedway office.

For the first time since 1996, the Krown Undercoating Modifieds will have co-champions at the Ransomville Speedway as third-generation driver Erick Rudolph from Ransomville and 2019 Super DIRTcar Series Big Block Modified Champion Mat Williamson from St. Catharines, Ontario, finished the season tied in points. Brett Senek from Ransomville clinched his third consecutive Investor’s Service Sportsman track title. “Showtime” Jaren Israel from Wilson won his first KiPo Chevrolet Street Stock title. Chris Miller from Olcott won his first Sunflowers of Sanborn Mini Stock track championship. Jacob Bansmer from East Aurora was crowned the divisional champion in the Kevin’s Carpet Cleaning Novice Sportsman.
