Proceeds to benefit FeedMore WNY

Tops said, “Nothing rally’s Western New Yorkers quite like supporting our favorite hometown team and so, when 26 Shirts approached Tops Friendly Markets to help release its newest design, it was a no brainer.”

26 Shirts latest design, sold exclusively at Tops for a limited time, will appeal to the football team’s “Mafia” fans, all while doing what Buffalonians do best – give back to an organization near and dear to both Tops and 26 Shirts’ hearts. With every purchase of this $19.99 T-shirt at a participating Tops Friendly Markets store, a portion of each sale will be donated to FeedMore WNY.

“FeedMore WNY is honored to be chosen to benefit from the newest T-shirt design from 26 Shirts,” said Tara A. Ellis, president and CEO of FeedMore WNY. “FeedMore WNY welcomes everyone like family and, in 2020, that resulted in serving nearly 16 million meals to 180,800 individuals throughout Niagara, Erie, Chautauqua and Cattaraugus counties. We are extremely grateful to 26 Shirts and Tops Markets for supporting the work of FeedMore WNY. We encourage the WNY community to participate in this innovative fundraiser, which will allow FeedMore WNY to continue to meet the ongoing need for food assistance as a result of the pandemic.”

Shirts will be available at most Tops locations throughout Western New York beginning this Thursday, Aug. 12, and in select Rochester stores beginning Saturday, Aug. 14.

Every two weeks 26 Shirts releases a new, limited-edition T-shirt. Every shirt purchased results in a donation to a worthy cause. After the two weeks is up, the shirt is “retired,” a new design is released, and a new family or organization benefits from fandom. To date, 26 Shirts has raised $1,181,235.
