The Lewiston Museum is open and would like to share some of our upcoming activities with you.

•First, the museum is currently open Wednesday through Saturday from 1 until 5 p.m. The museum store is also now open and fully stocked with ornaments and books and many other gifts.

•Second, we are planning our garage sale for the weekend of Art Festival. Aug. 14 and 15, we will have a tent out front of the museum and be open from around 11 a.m. until 5 p.m., so stop by and look through all of our treasures.

•Next, up will be the “Lewiston Jeopardy” on Sept. 18 at the BBC (next to Brickyard) upstairs at 6:30 p.m. The donation is $35 per person and will include beer and pizza and an awful lot of laughs!

•Finally, we will be having our first-ever golf tournament, which is being held Monday, Sept. 27, at the Niagara Frontier Country Club on Lake Road in Youngstown.

•Plus, we are still doing Saturday “Lower Landing Historic Tours.” Popular monthly tours at Artpark are free! Goodwill donations are accepted. Tours start at 9 a.m. near the flagpoles at the Fourth Street parking lot. Dates are Aug. 21, Sept. 11 and Oct. 9.

So as you can see, we are here to keep you up to date with all of the history of Lewiston – and plenty of ways to spend time this summer enjoying Lewiston!

The Lewiston Museum is located at 469 Plain St., Lewiston.
