City of Niagara Falls residents asked to report damage from rainstorm

In response to the state of emergency issued by Niagara County regarding the heavy rainstorms experienced on Tuesday, July 20, the City of Niagara Falls is asking residents and homeowners who have experienced damage as a result of these rains to their homes contact the city to report this information. Individuals looking to provide detailed information about damage need to do so no later than 4 p.m. this Friday, July 23.

This information is being collected on behalf of Niagara County to gather this information to aid in determining whether the city may be eligible for any financial assistance from New York.

Note: The only information to be collected is for damage caused by the rainstorm that took place on July 20. Residents and homeowners can contact the city to provide this information via email at [email protected] or by calling 716-286-4320.
