Shortly after 8 a.m. Saturday, the Niagara Falls Police Department responded to the 1100 block of Whitney Avenue to check the welfare of a male sitting inside a pickup truck. Upon arrival, officers discovered an adult male in the truck, who was deceased from apparent gunshot wounds.
The deceased male was identified as 61-year-old Niagara Falls resident Marty Kick.
