Those included:

and Thomas Proctor IV (aka Thomas Loop) as the 2020 Dr. Samuel Morreale Niagara Falls Music Support Award Recipient.

The Niagara Falls Music Hall of Fame 2020 induction ceremony will be held at the Rapids Theatre, 1711 Main St., Niagara Falls, on the evening of Thursday, July 22. Doors open at 6 p.m. for the 7 p.m. ceremony starts. A limited number of general admission tickets are available to the public starting Monday, June 7. They can be purchased for $25 only through the Rapids Theatre website, www.rapidstheatre.com, or at the box office.

Tickets and seating for this ceremony are first-come, first-served. Attendees also can refer to the Rapids Theatre website for up-to-date details on adherence to New York state music venue guidelines. Music performances will include inductees from the Class of 2020 and from previous years.

Nominations for 2021 inductees are now being accepted through Aug. 31. People in the music community, as well as the general public, are urged to nominate individuals, groups, businesses, venues or events that are deserving of induction, as only those nominated are considered each year. One may nominate themself or another party.

The press release continued, “In order to preserve the cultural and musical diversities of the greater Niagara Falls New York area, nominations from all genres of music that have had a significant impact on the local music scene and the music industry in general are strongly encouraged.”
