Evans Bank is Member of the Month

Evans Bank in Tonawanda was named the Chamber of Commerce of the Tonawandas December Member of the Month.

Director of Marketing and Membership Sarah Nelson announced the award. She said Burns has been the branch manager at this location for just over a year, but prior was the assistant branch manager at our Delaware Avenue location for almost 10 years.

Burns is a New York state life accident health licensed insurance agent and a notary public. She grew up in the City of Buffalo, but now lives in North Tonawanda with her fiancé, Aaron; her dog, Frost; and her three female cats. She is an avid rescue animal lover.

In addition, Nelson said, “Burns is very passionate about the TNT community and always tries to shop and eat local. One of her favorite things to do is antiquing and visiting consignment shops in the area.

“While Kelly is still learning the area, she has fallen in love with the Tonawandas, the waterfront and the parks.”
