Erie County Medical Center (ECMC) Corp. recently completed production of new videos that offer coping strategies and advice to help get through the upcoming holidays during the COVID-19 pandemic. Lisa A. Keenan-Uschold, Ph.D., chief clinical psychologist at ECMC, covers several topics in the videos, including: Coping with COVID-19 during the holidays, managing stress, and providing help for parents to support students while they study virtually from home.

During the early months of the pandemic, ECMC previously produced videos providing stress relief and coping advice from Keenan-Uschold and she is now offering additional information and guidance as the community experiences the next wave of the pandemic. ECMC will release each of these new videos on a weekly basis over the next month to provide further support and guidance for the community. Those interested in viewing the first release of these latest videos, “Coping with COVID-19: The Holidays,” may do so by logging on to Vimeo.com at https://vimeo.com/486395157/63199c8ecc.
