The Buffalo Sabres on Monday announced the signing of forward Jack Quinn to a three-year, entry-level contract.
Quinn was selected by the Sabres with the eighth overall pick in the 2020 NHL Draft.
He ranked second in the OHL with 52 goals last season, joining Alex DeBrincat, Arthur Kaliyev and Jeff Skinner as just the fourth OHL player in the past 10 years to score at least 50 goals in his draft season. Quinn tied for the OHL lead with 34 even-strength goals and tied for eighth in the league with 89 points in 2019-20, helping the 67’s to a league-best 50-11-1 record.
