Cuomo releases 7-day rolling average of COVID-19 positivity by state

Gov. Andrew Cuomo on Tuesday released the seven-day rolling average of COVID-19 positivity by state according to Johns Hopkins Coronavirus Resource Center, indicating New York has one of the lowest positivity rates in the nation.
